Production of Cryotech CMAK (calcium magnesium acetate + potassium acetate) is protected by US Patent #5,219,483. To maintain product integrity and to reduce Buyer costs, Cryotech has provided CMAK formulation procedures and components to Formulator:

Cryotech warrants that the components provided the Formulator by Cryotech conform to the specifications for Cryotech CMA® (calcium magnesium acetate) and CF7® (potassium acetate).
It is the Buyers' responsibility to insure the Formulator uses procedures and provides CMAK that conforms to its specifications.
