Cryotech’s QC Laboratory also features a CONTROLLED- TEMPERATURE COLD BOX, enabling advanced studies and product development activities.
- Temperature Range: +20°C to -30°C with ±2 °C control – enables accurate simulation of a wide variety of environmental conditions
- Enhanced Control: -3°C to -8°C with ±0.5 °C precision – provides tighter stability for low-temperature testing and product validation
- Ice Formation Method: Water and air atomizer mounted on an oscillating arm – ensures consistent, repeatable ice deposition
- Cooling Process: Room-temperature water introduced into freezing air and deposited on a cooled surface maintained by a recirculating water bath – delivers reliable and controlled ice layer formation for specialized studies
